I have yet to call customer service and complain so I'm not sure how I'll find that experience but they came and sprayed my lawn today, about 9 in the morning and left their sign in my yard and burberry bill on my door. The problem is that they were suppose to spray my neighbor's yard and not mine. burberry I'm not a customer and he's been using them for a while. Before I noticed the sign or tiny piece of paper hanging on my screen door, my young daughter ran out into the yard to collect the very flowers that had been sprayed. I'm still sorting out what to say to them and need to go over and tell my neighbor that he has prepaid $50+ to have my yard sprayed and not his!
