He excused himself and spoke to the Manager about 10 feet away from us. This guy didnt look at us and didnt speak to us, the server with his head down just brought me the bill, which I paid in full and I thought what a supreme shame. That Manager had an opportunity to keep a loyal client and make a difference, instead he basically ignored the dinner issues and walked away. Well I am walking away too, never to return.
