- Need Liability Insurance for gym, facility & participates.

- Need good communication with your gym manager.
- Need to provide locker rooms for players & coaches.
- Need to provide water stations for players & coaches.
- Need to provide white boards and markers in locker rooms.
- Need to provide a good and dependable trainer.

- Need to provide good time keepers and score keepers.
